In-Person and Online Therapy Sessions in London and beyond
About Me
I am a warm, gentle, and compassionate person who cares deeply about offering people the support they need to heal, grow, and discover a more wholesome way of being.
I was born and raised in Lithuania, and have spent all of my adult life living and working in London immersed in the multicultural richness it offers.
I was drawn to train and work as a counsellor in a quest to find a more meaningful and enriching way to work with people. I feel very privileged to have worked with a diverse range of clients, creating deep bonds and supporting my clients through their challenges and healing.
In addition to private practice, I volunteer for a charity supporting vulnerable young adults and providing psychological help through talking therapy.
My Qualifications
I am a qualified, integratively trained therapeutic counsellor and registered member of the BACP (British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists) and I adhere to their Ethical Framework. I attend regular supervision sessions to ensure my work is ethical, safe, and in the best interest of my clients. I consistently engage in continued personal and professional development to enhance my practice. I have a particular interest, and regularly develop my knowledge in working with trauma and attachment.
“Pain in this life is not avoidable, but the pain we create avoiding pain is avoidable.”
