My Approach
My approach is client-centered, trauma-informed, and underpinned by empathy and compassion. I am an integrative therapist, able to draw from a range of different therapeutic approaches to suit my client’s individual needs. I tailor my approach based on the client’s specific goals and strengths ensuring each individual experiences therapy that is a good fit for them and, most importantly, is empowering.
The foundation of my work involves developing a strong and collaborative working relationship with my clients based on trust, respect, and care. I commit to providing confidentiality, empathy, acceptance, and non-judgment to all my clients while embracing and celebrating their individuality.
I am able to offer short-term support (6-12 sessions) as well as medium or longer-term open-ended therapy. We will review your experience and revisit your expectations regularly to ensure therapy is progressing for as long as we both feel is necessary. I offer weekly sessions, however, we can discuss a flexible pattern that fits well with your schedule.

Throughout my training and beyond I have committedly worked on identifying and conquering my own biases and continuously educating myself regarding gender diversity, racial identity, and other social justice related issues. This enables me to keep an open mind and heart, understanding, seeing and appreciating each client as a unique individual with their identity, culture, experiences, and hardships.
