How do I know if therapy is right for me?

Therapy can help and support people going through various challenges and struggles. Some of these include:

  • major life events such as bereavement, loss, relocation, career change

  • emotional distress such as persistent feelings of sadness, anxiety, numbness

  • relationship challenges

  • traumatic experiences - present or past

  • unhealthy coping mechanisms such as substance abuse, self-isolation, eating issues

  • low self-esteem - persistent negative self-perception and lack of self-confidence

  • difficulty managing stress

  • desire for personal growth and self-exploration

How long is the therapy session?

Sessions are 50-minutes long.

How often should I attend therapy sessions?

It is most beneficial to have weekly therapy sessions, especially at the beginning. I am able to accommodate bi-weekly or ad-hoc sessions which we can discuss.

Is therapy confidential?

Yes! Confidentiality is a crucial part of therapy sessions and I am committed to offering full confidentiality and am bound by the Ethical Framework I follow.

Do you offer online therapy sessions?

Yes, I do offer remote therapy sessions.

How can I schedule a session?

If you would like to schedule a session, please send me an email with your preferred time and date at eglestherapy@proton.me.

Do you offer therapy to children?

I only work with adults 18 year and over.

How much does a session cost?

Sessions are priced at £50 for a 50-minute session.

What is your cancelation policy?

If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance. If not, the full session fee is payable.
